- Appeal with your affidavit. Appeal should be addressed to Assistant Registrar of Customs Appellate Tribunal Lahore.
- Copy of Challan Form No.32-A, of Rs.1000/- submitted in Customs Accounts No. 0212800 at National Bank of Pakistan Dina-Nath Branch, nearby GPO Lahore. See example.
- Attested Copy of Order-in-Appeal passed by Collector of Customs (Appeal), bearing 2 Rs Court fee on it)
- Copy of Show-cause Notice which was issued by "Customs Adjudication Department" at earlier stages. And the copy of your Reply their on.
- Other documents, if necessary

- صورة مصدقة من طلب-في- الاستئناف،الذی أقره جامع للجمارك (الاستئناف)، واضعا 2 روبية رسم المحكمة على ذلك)
- نسخ من "لاحظ سبب إظهار" الذي صدر عن "الجمارك دائرة التحكيم" في المراحل السابقة. ونسخة من الرد على الخاصة بك بهم.
