Although in the prevailing times, it is impossible to completely divorce the tangible paper, yet, the law-firm has converted its hard-paper record, as much possible, into digital form on computer, which may be easily preserved, accessed, h
andled and dispatched through cheap cost-effective methods.
Online Archiving of Record:
The law-firm has securely placed its digitalised cases record on the "internet", which maybe safely accessed online by relevant clients only.
An outline of said archiving system is given as follows:
A confidential hyperlink address is provided to the client, which he would not share with the irrelevant third person (As the online station is out of scope of any search engine, and can be accessed through that hyperlink address only).
This hyperlink address leads to an online station at the virtual
law firm. A specific client may access online station dedicated for him only,
and not the space of virtual law firm dedicated for any other client.
The online
station has different sections (or folders), such as, "Running
Cases", "Closed Cases", "Archives", "Reports
& Letters Record", "Billing and Receipts Record".Every section keeps sub-sections, files of different types, such as PDF, Excel and MS Words, which may also be directly opened into your up-to-date web browser.
